Shipping Policy

Shipped With Care, From Thailand to Your Door

Every order is sourced and shipped directly from Thailand, so you're getting the real thing — not a re-packaged version from a US warehouse. Here's what to expect.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days after processing. Tracking is included on every shipment, and customs handling is taken care of for you — no surprise forms or extra fees at your door.

Shipping rates: The more you add to one order, the better your rate. We use tiered pricing instead of a flat "free shipping" gimmick because we'd rather be upfront about the real cost of importing than bury it at checkout.

U.S. rates shown above. Rates for other destinations are calculated automatically at checkout.

Our tip: If you're trying us for the first time, building a small box — a couple of snacks, a sauce, a drink mix — gets you a noticeably better shipping rate than ordering one item alone, and it's the best way to actually taste what we're about.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way from Thailand to your door.

Delays: Occasionally customs or local carriers cause delays beyond our control once a package leaves our hands. If tracking looks stalled, email us at hello@thaimarketonline.com and we'll help you look into it.
