Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review each case and, at our discretion, offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the item price as a goodwill resolution.

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences
  • Delays caused by customs, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control

Lost Packages If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a partial refund.
